Part-time Customer Services Manager (3.5 days per week)
Yogacampus is one of the UK’s leading yoga education organisations. We offer a range of courses including workshops, specialist trainings, intensives, yoga therapy training and our highly respected teacher training diploma in London, Manchester and York. We are excited to expand our portfolio of courses and have taken on a new home for Yogacampus trainings in North London (N7). In addition, we are also proud to be at the forefront of yoga education with our ever-evolving offering of online and blended learning training.
Part-time Customer Services Manager
We are looking for a vibrant, friendly, customer-focussed, yoga loving Part-time Customer Services Manager to join our team. This role will manage the Yogacampus customer services and new training centre (N7), providing outstanding support and positively contributing to the overall success and growth of Yogacampus. The role will report to the Yogacampus Marketing and Events Manager with a dotted line to the Business Manager.
You are a highly organised individual, passionate about customer experience and exceeding expectations. Being friendly and helpful is something that comes naturally to you. You have a keen eye for detail and you derive joy from maintaining efficient systems within the office and training centre. You’re able to remain calm under pressure and manage potentially delicate situations. You have proven IT and computer skills with an ability to learn new systems easily. You are self-motivated and keen to take responsibility.
