A special weekend exploring therapeutic aspects of both hatha yoga and raja yoga. On Saturday, explore a range of pranayama techniques, including some rarely taught in the west, and, through group work, discover the yoga physiotherapy science of kaya chikitsa. Sunday will be devoted to a study of meditation, discovering more about both the science of meditation and yoga theories of meditation through a mix of discussion and practice.
