Julie Gudmestad has been active in Portland, Oregon, as a yoga teacher and licensed physical therapist for over 30 years. Her yoga teaching is primarily informed by the Iyengar method, with modifications to the traditional approach that have significantly enhanced its effectiveness, safety and clarity.
