All too often, workshops on this theme are really just about minimising the disturbance which pregnant or postnatal students may cause to the smooth running of your general classes. This is a pity because there is so much more to be gained from seeing their presence as a real gift to your teaching. On Saturday we will focus on pregnant students and on Sunday postnatal students. Each day will be a blend of theory and practice, with clear safety guidelines, time for questions and practical ideas.
Going so much beyond asana into the work of what yoga is really about. Thank you Aadil for your generosity in sharing your huge knowledge.
