Workshop

First Aid for Yoga Teachers

with Michael BondLondon

Michael Bond Portrait

The day will focus on how to deal with the types of emergency which a yoga teacher may come across in an everyday class — including fainting, epilepsy, asthma and heart conditions — and will cover all aspects of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and basic first aid. The cost includes handouts and a completion certificate. Michael believes that first aid should be experiential and fun and promises to guarantee both! This course complies with the Health and Safety Executive Requirements for a one day programme.
