At Yogacampus we totally respect your right to privacy. Under the Data Protection Act 1998, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you.

How we collect information about you depends on which website facilities you use.  We collect the information you provide, such as email address, mailing address, credit or debit card numbers and expiry date, and contact information (in case we need to contact you).  We also collect stored information which you provide to enable you to logon and reuse site facilities such as subscriptions to email newsletters and forums.  We also collect website usage information to help us assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, improve the usage of the website and to improve the design of the website and make it more usable for you.  We collect website usage from our web server, URLs passed to us when you enter our site, a selection of Internet Service Providers, and a selection of search engine companies.  In all cases, website usage information excludes any information that can be traced back to you, so is non-personal in the meaning of the Data Protection Act.

We promise that we will only use your data for legitimate business purposes and will never give or sell your details to anyone - ever - unless you give us explicit permission, or we are legally required to do so.  You have a right to see any personal information which we hold about you on written request. We are not responsible for the data policies or procedures or the content of web sites linked to Yogacampus.
