In order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive on Directive or Distance Selling you must agree to our Terms & Conditions before your purchase can be completed.
You may cancel any booking for a course, workshop or intensive providing it is more than 30 days before the start date although we will charge you an administration fee of £25 to cancel within this period. If you wish to cancel within 30 days of the start date there will be no refund unless there is a waiting list for this event and we can transfer your booking to another applicant. An administration fee of £25 will also be payable if we succeed in transferring your booking to someone else.
Once you have committed to attend a course, workshop or intensive it is your responsibility to attend all of the scheduled sessions and must do so in order to receive any confirmation from us of your attendance/completion of the event.
We reserve the right to cancel a course, workshop or intensive in the event of exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the event as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable. Should this happen you will be given a full refund of fees you have paid.
