Rebekah Hay-Brown

Rebekah qualified as a yoga teacher in 2005 with Yogacampus and teaches at various centres around London including the Life Centre in Notting Hill. She has been practising yoga for over 25 years and during that time has explored a variety of yoga traditions which is reflected in her teaching. She started training in yoga therapy in 2006 and qualified with Yogacampus (then in conjunction with the Yoga Biomedical Trust) in 2009. She is accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). Rebekah is also a practising psychotherapist in training and currently completing a MSc in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy.

Based in West London as a yoga therapist, she sees people with a wide range of issues including auto-immune and heart and lung conditions, back pain, cancer, stress, anxiety and depression. Trained in pregnancy yoga (with Sitaram), she also supports pregnant women with co-existing health concerns as well as women who are trying to conceive. She has a special interest in chronic illness and integrates her experience of yoga and person-centred philosophies to provide structure for individuals to heal and realise more of their potential through yoga therapy.

Rebekah is an associate board member, case study and clinic supervisor, and tutor on Yogacampus’ Yoga Therapy Diploma.
