Further Information

STUDIO AMENITIES & PROPS

All props are provided for you in the studio including mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks/bricks and belts. Please bring a notebook and pens to take notes with.

There is a changing room and shower facilities in the centre but please note that towels can only be rented when reception is available (All day weekdays, Sat. 8am – 4pm and Sun. none available).

LUNCH

The Crussh café in the centre will be closed over the weekend as are majority of the nearby cafés – students are advised to bring their own lunches in or bring food from outside and eat it at the seating area downstairs.

If you wish to bring your own lunch, please note there are no fridges available to use.

There are tea making facilities in the reception which you are welcome to use during breaks.
