There are both male and female changing rooms on the ground floor, as well as a single shower room (towels can be rented from reception for £1).
Feel free to use the kitchen on the upper floor and teas provided but please ensure that you clear away any rubbish after lunch and at the end of each day and place your mug into the dishwasher. We ask that you practice your karma yoga and help keep the studio and common areas tidy.
There are drinking fountains and filtered taps to refill your water bottle if needed. There is also a small selection of drinks and snacks available for sale at reception. Be sure to check out the lovely retail section too!
Please note that all props are provided in the studios including mats, bolsters, blankets, belts, bricks, flat blocks, eyebags, sandbags and chairs.
If you would feel more comfortable bringing in your own props, you are welcome to do so.
Please ensure you bring a notebook and pens to take notes with.
We are very lucky to have a Planet Organic right next door to the studio which has a great variety of healthy hot and cold food selections. There is a Tesco on the way from Angel station and both Upper Street and Angel Centre are easily accessible which will have a wide range of cafes and restaurants to chose from.
You are welcome to bring your own lunch if you prefer but please be aware there is no microwave and only a very small fridge.
The common area upstairs is for your use over the lunch break, but kindly ensure you keep noise levels to a minimum at all times as there will be clients receiving treatments in the therapy rooms and to keep this area clean.
