We are all born with an innate response to rhythm and movement; this inherent movement is well documented as one of the oldest planetary yogas.
These uncertain and changing times require new ways of listening, navigating and harnessing our awareness and of exploring our collective humanity. Come and explore movement and meditative practices to liberate one’s creative life force and cultivate embodied freedom.
Who is this for?
This evening event is open to all levels and experience – join us to explore a rejuvenating meditative and rhythm filled evening to help you connect more deeply to this “Dance of Life”.
Upon completion of this workshop, you will receive a Yogacampus Certificate of Completion for 2.5 hours CPD.
