A sad day for the Yogacampus and The Life Centre North communities, as we tragically say goodbye to a dear graduate and teacher, Dana Baniel, after a short battle with illness
Our condolences go out the family, friends, and many lives in which she touched.
The Life Centre (North) is hosting a donation-only Day for Dana on Sunday 4th October - a day of free classes to celebrate the life of @danabaniel ❤️ visit their page to find out more: @the_life_centre_north
Dana was an extraordinarily passionate and courageous woman. Her passion for yoga, for sharing it and supporting others was evident from the day she first walked into the interview, throughout the training and beyond. She inspired and supported others in her intake with her deep rooted commitment to teaching authentically, and her infectious enthusiasm and humour.
She loved and lived fiercely, and no more so than in her unflinching devotion to her three children, who were her everything. Her nurturing and living nature extended to everyone she came into contact with and her many dedicated and loyal students were a testament to that.
Dana was a bright light in our yoga sphere, vibrantly alive and vital in full, glorious force. That light cannot be diminished and lives on in her beautiful children, and all the many people whose lives she touched with her warmth and humanity.
