She teaches and shares in a way that invites people sample some of the Ayurvedic perspectives in her group classes and one to one sessions. It is her belief that Ayurveda is one of the ways in which the individual can raise consciousness and allow them to be in life in the fullest way possible.

She also spends time each year in India with her teachers at an Ayurvedic centre, guiding group retreats and supporting clients through deeper personalised treatments processes.
