"I found all the teachers very down to earth, entertaining, engaging and a real sense of knowledge, as well as sharing a passion for what they teach. Thank you for the past 5 days. I definitely feel like my yin is more balanced with my yang. It has taken me through some thoughts, postures and emotions, but I am very grateful for all of that, and all of the learning I have received."
