Diane Danzebrink

Diane is passionate about menopause care and empowering women to take control of their health and wellbeing. As a result of her own experience she runs a support service for women and those who love and care for them to access advice, guidance, evidence based information and emotional support. Diane has completed the menopause foundations course for nurses and is the media lay spokesperson for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and an ambassador for the British Menopause Society. She campaigns for improved care and compassion for women experiencing menopause both in and out of the workplace. She is a therapeutic coach and counsellor and trained as a well woman yoga teacher and yoga nidra teacher with Uma Dinsmore Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli. Along with one to one sessions she runs workshops and retreats for women and workshops for therapists and employers.
