Emily has been studying Ayurveda for over a decade and is an NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) approved Ayurvedic Health Counselor. Emily has also studied and completed her Unitive Personal development coaching with Dr Charles Bentley.
Emily believes that the overall principles of Ayurveda bring the power back into the hands of the individual around the health of their body, mind and approach to daily life. She teaches and shares in a way that invites people sample some of the Ayurvedic perspectives in her group classes and one to one sessions. It is her belief that Ayurveda is one of the ways in which the individual can raise consciousness and allow them to be in life in the fullest way possible.
In 2019 Emily officially co-founded Rasa.global – a platform that exists to raise awareness and elevate consciousness in society. She also spends time each year in India with her teachers at an Ayurvedic centre, guiding group retreats and supporting clients through deeper personalised treatments processes.https://rasa.global/
