Rebekah qualified to teach yoga with Yogacampus in 2005. Since then, she has been teaching at various centres in London including the Life Centre. She completed training as a yoga therapist in 2010 with Yogacampus and the Yoga Biomedical Trust and is accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She has been involved with the Yogacampus Yoga Therapy Diploma for the last 10 years as a supervisor and tutor. As a yoga therapist, Rebekah mainly sees clients in their 40s and 50s facing longer-term health conditions or undergoing cancer treatment. She also supports fertility concerns, pregnant clients with co-existing health issues and the perimenopause/menopause experience.
Rebekah is also a practising person-centred psychotherapist accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
