"This course was suitable for everyone, both trained yoga teachers or someone seeking therapy in their own practice. As well as meeting lots of interesting and experienced yogis, I've picked up numerous tricks to alleviate my own back symptoms. I look forward to applying this knowledge when I begin my teacher training in the near future." Sara Campbell on Yoga as Therapy for Back Problems, January 2017
