Specialist Training Courses

Our Specialist Yoga Training Courses are aimed at giving yoga teachers, yoga therapists, and trainees extra skills to enhance their teaching, including training to teach yoga to specialist groups (such as children or for pregnancy), for specific health conditions (such as stress, burnout, or mental health conditions), or in-depth training to teach particular areas of yoga (such as meditation or yoga nidra). These courses generally involve assessment leading to certification in the relevant area of training. They are offered in face to face, online (recorded), online (live), and blended formats, and are recognised as continuing professional development (CPD) with most accrediting bodies.
