Lizzie Lasater aims to find silence everyday.
Raised in San Francisco, Lizzie learned yoga from her mother, Restorative yoga pioneer and Yoga Journal Magazine co-founder, Judith Hanson Lasater. Lizzie engages with her passion for yoga in three ways:
1. Teaching at international workshops, retreats and conferences
2. Producing digital courses to educate yoga teachers online
3. Designing a line of handmade-in-India spirit jewelry
A devotee of the magic of gratitude, Lizzie’s yoga workshops are full of joy. Grounded in her study of the Yoga Sutra and alignment principles, Lizzie teaches the radical pleasure of slow flow and Restorative yoga. Lizzie believes that we are all already Buddhas, we just don’t know it yet.
Lizzie holds a Masters degree in design from Columbia University and lives in the Alps with her Austrian husband.http://www.lizzielasater.com/
