The breath is in integral part of her sessions, both in understanding the mechanics and in balancing the mind/body relationship. She has been travelling to India regularly since the late 1970s, and has a particular interest in eastern philosophy, with more recent guidance from Swami Veda Bharati of The Himalayan Institute. She has a BWY Diploma, and is registered with Yoga Alliance as a 500-hour teacher.
