Further Information

Please note that changing facilities at The Hellenic Centre are limited.

Props are not provided at the venue – please bring along any you may need for practice. The hall does tend to run a little cold, so extra layers are recommended.

Please also ensure you have an adequate supply of water and notebook/pens to take notes with.

The Hellenic Centre is opposite a park (great place to eat lunch if it is sunny) and also very close to Marylebone High Street including all its lovely shops and amenities. There are many places to eat close by including a Waitrose, a Carluccios and also the highly recommend The Natural Kitchen.

"My favorite things were the practical work and the level of detail on the handouts. The course will both improve and change my teaching, not just for clients with health conditions but also some of my approach in more general classes. " Student on Teaching Yoga for Stress and Burnout, January 2016
