Become the Yoga Teacher Who Inspires - With Confidence, Clarity & Embodied Wisdom
The Inspiring Yoga Teacher is an immersive 8-part foundation training that lays the foundation for teaching beginners in a powerful, practical teaching methodology (the invisible web).
Through a progressive series of classes, you’ll experience the material as a student first, then integrate it as a teacher - so what you offer comes from lived understanding, not theory.
Each class acts as both a complete lesson plan and a creative springboard, supporting you to build courses that are intelligent, adaptable, and deeply engaging.
Live online support circles help you unpack your learning directly with Lisa, and springboard off other teachers.
This is more than a training - it’s a proven system where 97% of the groundwork is already done for you, so you can focus on what truly matters: connection, presence, service and impact.
Learn how to lay the foundations so your students return over years, and even decades of practice; discover where sustainability meets service.
What is The Inspiring Yoga Teacher Training?
A mini-apprenticeship in shared inquiry teaching (the invisible web) that offers both a complete, repeatable framework and a deeply experiential learning process.
These teachings arise from twenty-five years of practice in yoga and somatics, and a lifelong inquiry about how to love the skin we’re in.
This training combines:
- 8 progressive, beginner-friendly class blueprints
- A structured, yet flexible, teaching methodology
- Experiential learning within a supportive peer environment
- A fusion of contemporary yoga with aspects of somatics, embodied anatomy and functional movement.
At the same time, you’ll be learning a clear, curated system that allows you to:
- Teach a solid curriculum without overwhelm
- Create packages instead of one-off classes
- Build consistent class structures you can refine and repeat
- Develop real confidence through doing, not just learning
How This Training Changes the Way You Teach
You’re not just learning techniques - you’re developing a way of teaching that is responsive, intuitive and sustainable. This is a foundation you can return to, refine, and grow with throughout your entire teaching journey.
Although starting with beginners, these skills apply to the practice of yoga asana at any level. Students who cultivate these skills develop a solid foundation of embodied self-knowledge they can tap into throughout the lifetime of their yoga practice. Watch your students grow alongside you.
By the end of this training, you’ll be able to:
- Teach with clarity and confidence - No more second-guessing - you’ll have a solid foundation you can rely on.
- Unlock your authentic teaching voice - Move beyond rigid scripts and let your natural creativity emerge.
- Grow alongside your students - Teach in a way that builds trust, awareness, and long-term transformation.
- Create classes your students feel supported in - Support students to listen to their bodies, adapt wisely, and build sustainable practices.
- Deepen your understanding of alignment and movement - Explore structural alignment (how to set poses up) and engaged alignment (how force moves through the body), with breath as the animating force behind all movement.
- Teach in a way that adapts to real people in real contexts - Offer accessible options tailored to different ages, abilities, injuries, energy levels, times of day, and seasons.
- Increase your credibility and value - Clearly define what you offer - and become the teacher students return to.
- Move beyond the drop-in cycle - Create structured courses and packages, not just one-off classes.
- Build financial stability doing what you love - Offer consistent value that leads to returning students and steady income.
- Expand your skillset - Confidently work with different bodies, injuries and needs within one class.
