Online Panel Discussion: The State of Yoga

Yoga has become increasingly synonymous with the practices themselves, where we commonly refer to 'doing' yoga. We are encouraging a change in the dialogue about contemporary yoga education: Yoga is the residue of the practices, not just the practices themselves. We have been working on a new direction in education for yoga teachers and we invite you to be part of this online conversation. What does 'the state of yoga' mean to you?

Shifting from 'doing' yoga, to 'being' yoga

Being a yoga teacher is about teaching in a way that creates the conditions to allow yoga to happen.  We want to engage in a conversation about the ways in which integration of practices creates the “magic” of this state.  What does 'state of yoga' mean to you?  Join us for a community-wide discussion.

Why are we hosting this discussion? Our intention is to engage in dialogue about the big questions shaping yoga education today.

Be part of the collective: The event includes an opportunity to participate in sharing your own experience and perspective.
