Online (Live)

These courses and events are either wholly delivered live online (currently using Zoom) or are a combination of live online tuition combined with pre-recorded content. The live interaction will take place on specific dates and times, and allow for real time interaction between teacher(s) and students. Relevant links will be provided on joining. Some online (live) courses and events are also recorded for participants to review in their own time for a limited period after the event.

Face to face

These courses and events take place in a physical location in the presence of the teacher(s) and fellow students.

Blended

Courses and events described as 'blended' are delivered using a mixture of some or all of face to face, pre-recorded, and online (live) content. Precise details will vary between courses and events. The material is often supplemented by readings and other resources available on the Yogacampus online learning management system.

Online (Pre-Recorded)

These are structured courses and events which are delivered by means of pre-recorded material and guided readings, which you are able to complete in your own time. The pre-recorded material is made available progressively over the period of the course or event and is available for a specified period after the end of the course or event. It is usually supplemented by readings and other resources available on the Yogacampus online learning management system. These courses and events may include some optional online (live) sessions.
