Our individual experiences of the world are unique, and yet, there are threads that connect us all. Menopause is one such thread. It isn’t merely a biological phase, but what Petra Coveney describes as a "bio-psychosocial spiritual journey". Menopause Yoga approaches this transition not as a challenge to be overcome but as a shared exploration of what lies ahead. Just as with any yoga practice, it isn’t about reaching a destination, but about embracing the journey itself.

Delving Deeper with Yogacampus

Petra is leading two menopause teacher trainings on 3rd October and 2nd November 2023. We invite you to explore this very popular blended course, combining live online sessions with self-paced learning. The course isn’t just about understanding the hormonal shifts women undergo. It’s about understanding ourselves, our bodies, and the shared experiences that unite us all.

Petra says "Menopause is a positive opportunity for self-growth, healing past pain reconciling the emotions of broken past relationships as well as befriending yourself a woman, befriending your body with self-love and compassion so that you can step into your post-reproductive stage of life feeling renewed empowered by this self-acceptance".

Petra's own journey, marked by early menopause, is a testament to the power of community and shared understanding. Her courses are less about teaching and more about coming together, sharing stories, and finding strength in shared experiences.
