Anna is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and mindfulness instructor based in north London.
Her own yoga journey began 18 years ago. From her first class she was struck by the transformative nature of the practice, bringing a sense of balance and ease amidst busy London life.
Since then she has explored and studied under a variety of yoga traditions and continues to expand her knowledge of yoga as a therapeutic practice. She holds teachers such as Bo Forbes, Judith Lasater and Tara Brach as key influences.
Weaving mindfulness and compassion through all her teaching she offers vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga as well as mindfulness courses in London.
