Anna Taylor is a Senior Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Mindfulness & Compassion Instructor based in north London. Since starting teaching in 2008 she has trained under a variety of traditions and now focuses on teaching Slow Flow, Gentle, Restorative and Yin Yoga as well as working one to one with clients as a Yoga Therapist.

Anna is passionate about equipping people with simple, yet practical tools to incorporate into their daily lives. Combining movement, breath-work, mindful-awareness and self-compassion, she aims to help clients understand the interplay between their physical, mental and emotional well-being, and offer practices to find balance amidst the busyness. Anna is an Associate Tutor for MindfulnessUK delivering their Integrating Mindfulness and Compassion (IMC) teacher training programme. She is also works with Yoga Campus as a Case Study Supervisor for those on the Yoga Therapy Diploma as well as teaching workshops on Self Care for Yoga Teachers.
