Intro Session

Join Dr Stanford Wong and Kristen MacPherson for an intro session which offers a glimpse into the course ethos and structure.

Hear about what makes this such a unique course... the way inspiration, science, and experience are woven together.

Integration / Supervision

Learn how seminars with leading teachers such as Judith Hanson Lasater, Charlotta Martinus, and Anji Gopal are integrated through live group supervision and integration sessions with Dr Stanford Wong (medical doctor, yoga therapist, and yoga teacher).

These integration sessions create space to:

  • Apply seminar learning directly to your individual intentions and real-life contexts
  • Expand your understanding of scientific concepts as they relate to life experiences such as stress, fatigue, resilience, and regulation
  • Develop your ability to clearly and professionally explain the benefits of simple, integrated Body–Breath–Mind practices
  • Grow confidence in presenting yourself authentically and authoritatively in personal, professional, and interdisciplinary settings

Making it Practical

Hear about the course curriculum involving two group coaching sessions with Susan Grandfield to help you create a foundation on which you can continue to evolve your ideas/intentions and realise your potential.
