Through the combined wisdom of yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda, explore how breath, food, movement, herbs, acupressure, and daily rituals support regulation and resilience.

Have your props handy! We recommend two blocks, blankets, a thick bolster, an 8’ or 10’ belt/strap, and a backless chair (modifications will be given if you do not have a chair).

Meet the Teachers

Surya Little is the co-founder and senior teacher of Prajna Yoga + Healing Arts, a mindful yoga school she built with her husband, Tias Little, rooted in deep somatic awareness, classical practice, and contemplative study.

With a rich foundation in Iyengar and Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, complemented Taoist Qigong theory, Five Element philosophy, and women’s health and nutrition, Surya brings precision, sensitivity, and warmth to every class and training. Her teaching blends structural awareness with embodied insight, creating an environment where practitioners feel both guided and personally supported.

Surya specialises in yoga practices tailored to women’s health and life transitions, therapeutic movement, and holistic well-being, integrating nutrition consultation and lifestyle guidance into her work. Her dynamic yet grounded approach encourages students to cultivate strength, clarity, and inner balance on and off the mat.

Known for her intuitive presence and compassionate instruction, Surya leads workshops, trainings, and retreats that empower students to deepen their practice, expand their teaching skills, and connect more meaningfully with body, breath and awareness.

 

Dr. Margo Bachman is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and is board-certified in TCM Reproductive Medicine. 

As founder and clinical director of Wild Rose Medicine, Margo integrates Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, herbalism, yoga and meditation in her practice and teaching.
