Course Structure and Contents:
As well as lectures, each of the seven weeks will incorporate an hour long practice, through which you will be encouraged to investigate, open yourself to new concepts, and re-engage with your practice through the chakras in learning new practices.

You will emerge from this course with a deeper understanding of how different physical attributes relate to chakras, what behavioural patterns signify overactive and underactive chakras, what to expect when we start balancing them and what a balanced chakra looks and feels like.
