Resources for Advanced Teacher Training ('Yoga as a State of Being' 300hr)

In a world overflowing with techniques, information, and marketing noise, it is easy to mistake the doing of yoga for yoga itself. But the practices were never the destination. They are the doorway. Our flagship course 'Yoga as a State of Being' is designed with this perspective.

Whether you prefer to explore the individual core courses independently, or to follow the entire Advanced Teacher Training course, we are pleased to share resources to give a taste of what is on offer.

Free Recordings related to 'Being Yoga: Through Movement and the Body'

This course (50 hours) will investigate the state of yoga through movement and the scientific perspective. With a strong somatic focus, we discern awareness through the lens of the body.  This course is for you if you are interested in how movement shapes awareness, presence, and being yoga in the body, so you can practice (and teach, if you are a teacher) in a way that is embodied, responsive, and deeply informed by experience.
