Adelene Cheong

Adelene is an internationally respected authority in Restorative Yoga, with a particular specialism in yoga for scoliosis. Her teaching is grounded in lived experience and a deep meditation practice, expressed with authenticity, compassion, and embodied wisdom in the way she lives and teaches. She sees yoga as an intimate journey of presence and healing, rooted in the human experience and guided by equanimity. She continues to be inspired by her teachers Judith H. Lasater and Donna Farhi, whom she regularly assists on workshops and trainings.

Through years of meditation, she has come to rest in the stillness of awareness itself, a presence that continues to deepen her path and teaching.
