Helen Roscoe

Helen is particularly passionate about offering an approach to yoga that is creative, enjoyable, practical and accessible, taking inspiration from poetry, The Yoga Sūtra of Patañjali, art and nature to help inform an embodied and thematic approach to her work.

She enjoys teaching small group and individual classes locally and offers retreats for people wishing to deepen their knowledge and experience of yoga. Helen believes that yoga should begin at the heart of the community and ripple from there.

Helen has been practising and studying yoga since the early 2000’s and has worked extensively with yoga therapist Zoë Martin in Leicester.

She has studied with Paul Harvey in the Krishnamacharya tradition, Erich Schiffman’s Freedom Style Yoga and therapeutically with Svastha Yoga and the Mohan Family. She has also trained in therapeutic yoga for pregnancy with Zoë Martin and more recently became a graduate of the Accessible Yoga Teacher Training under the supervision of Jivana Heyman. She graduated from Yogacampus with her 200 hr TT diploma.
