Kate is a registered Music Therapist (AHP), yoga and mindfulness teacher specialising in the relationship between body-breath-mind-emotions. She has an MSc in palliative care and is currently doing her PhD at the Hull York Medical School exploring breathlessness and emotional regulation funded by UKRI. www.katebinnie.co.u
