Anna Taylor

Anna is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, mindfulness and self-compassion instructor based in north London.
Her own journey with meditation and yoga began 20 years ago. From her first experience she was struck by the transformative nature of the practice, bringing a sense of balance and ease amidst busy London life.

Since then she has explored and studied with a variety of mindfulness practitioners and yoga teachers and continues to expand her knowledge of yoga and mindfulness as a therapeutic practice. She holds teachers such as Bo Forbes, Judith Lasater and Tara Brach as key influences. Weaving mindfulness and compassion through all her teaching she offers vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga. Having undertaken both the Integrated Mindfulness & Compassion into Professional Practice (IMCPP) and the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training with Mindfulness UK, she is delighted to now be an Associate Tutor for Mindfulness UK, delivering the IMCPP in both Cambridge and London.

Anna believes passionately that yoga and meditation are for everyone and holds a space with warmth and care to ensure that people can access these powerful practices at their own pace regardless of their level of experience. Anna is based in London and offers both classes, courses and one-to-one sessions to clients, as well as workplace wellbeing sessions to companies.
