The Life Centre, Notting Hill
Our Notting Hill centre has two light filled studios.
The Ground Studio is spacious and bright, accommodating up to 24 students.
Our Loft Studio is more intimate, with space for 12 students.
Treatment Rooms
We have two treatment rooms on the first floor and a team of experienced therapists offering an extensive range of holistic therapies.
Equipment
We provide yoga mats and have an extensive collection of props for you to use during your practice in both studios.
You are welcome to bring your own mat, however please be aware that we do not offer storage for students' personal mats.
Changing Rooms
We have separate changing rooms for men and women, both with showers, lockers and toilets. Please bring your towel for shower.

Monday - Thursday 8am - 9pm
Friday 9am - 8pm
Saturday & Sunday 9am - 6pm
Getting there
Nearest tube Notting Hill Gate (Central, District and Circle Lines). Several bus routes pass along Notting Hill Gate and/or Kensington Church Street.
Parking
Expensive Pay and Display parking available on Edge Street (2 hours) and surrounding streets (some 4 hours). Free parking after 6.30pm, 1.30pm Saturday, and all day Sunday.
