The State of Yoga: Personal & Professional Relationships
The “state” of yoga has so many benefits and can be used much more widely in our lives. To become more effective in widening access to yoga practices, teachers need to know how to share simpler integrated Body-Breath-Mind practices, able to talk about the benefits in a professional and authoritative way, able to present themselves authentically and with wisdom outside of the typical yoga settings.
