GRADUATE EVENT: Yoga Practices to Support Teens During Exams
Are you supporting a teenager through exams this year? As a yoga practitioner and/or teacher, this can be a time where your knowledge and skills can be of use to help your teen navigate exams with a sense of steadiness and focus.
Clarity, focus, and well-being during the exam season
Join us for a session led by Charlotta Martinus, to engage in practice and discussion. Get inspiration for how you can use yoga to support teens as they navigate exams.
Charlotta Martinus (founder and director of TeenYoga) is an award-winning visionary and the world leader in the field of yoga for young people. With over 35 years’ experience in working with young people as a therapist and teacher, Charlotta fuses her lived experience of healthcare, social work and education with her India-based yoga therapy knowledge.
Developing Community
The Graduate Events are community gatherings designed to bring us together in a shared space for meaningful discussion, connection, and the exchange of ideas.
Our aim is to create an opportunity for our community to connect live, engage in thoughtful conversation, and learn from one another. During the session, the event leader will share some content, which will be recorded for those who may wish to revisit it later. Please note, however, that any discussion among participants will not be recorded, allowing for an open and comfortable environment for everyone.
We warmly encourage you to join us live to fully benefit from the interactive nature of the session.
Eligibility
This event is open to all current trainees and graduates of our Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Teacher Training Diploma, Yoga Therapy Diploma, and Specialist Courses (e.g. Meditation Teacher Training, Menopause Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, etc).
