Beverley Nolan is a somatic movement educator, yoga practitioner and teacher trainer, author, and the founder of Barefoot Body Training. With over 35 years of embodied practice, she draws from the modalities of Integrative Bodywork & Movement Therapy (IBMT), BodyMind Centering®, the Feldenkrais Method®, and Authentic Movement.

Beverley Nolan is a somatic movement educator, yoga practitioner and teacher trainer, author, and the founder of Barefoot Body Training. With over 35 years of embodied practice, she draws from the modalities of Integrative Bodywork & Movement Therapy (IBMT), BodyMind Centering®, the Feldenkrais Method®, and Authentic Movement.

She is a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist and Educator (RSME/T) and an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance. A former faculty member for the Institute for IBMT and Director of Studies at her own professional training school, she has taught widely across the UK and Europe.

Her published work includes contributing essays in The Fluid Nature of Being and The Yoga Teachers Survival Guide, and she co-authored Leading Safe & Simple Yoganidra with Theo Wildcroft. She writes the Substack publication Field Notes From The BodyBodyscapes is her debut solo book and is published by North Atlantic Books. She lives in Cambridge, UK
