Embodied Relax and Restore: Cellular Restoration
Join senior teacher Adelene Cheong for one of the series of modules exploring Restorative Yoga as an embodied process rather than a set of techniques. Modules can be done individually, or as part of The Embodied Relax and Restore Training (with the option of becoming certified). Each module stands alone, so you can choose the topics that resonate most with you—or complete all five plus mentoring to gain Embodied Relax and Restore Teacher Certification.
Guided meditative practice that explores cellular consciousness as a gateway to restoration and healing
Restorative Yoga, when practiced skillfully, supports far more than relaxation. It creates the conditions for nervous system regulation, perceptual quietening, and deep restoration across physical, emotional, and cognitive layers.
Sense into the most fundamental level of living experience — the cellular field — supporting vitality, pranic flow, and deep inner stillness. This work can be especially supportive when there is chronic tension, persistent pain, fatigue, or a sense of being physically or emotionally stuck.
The practice encourages a shift from doing to listening, allowing awareness to rest within sensation rather than effort.
Are you ready to...
- deepen your own embodied experience of rest and stillness
- refine your teaching beyond pose setup into felt sense and perception
- support students experiencing chronic tension, pain, fatigue, stress, or overwhelm
- explore Restorative Yoga through a somatic and experiential lens
- cultivate greater sensitivity, discernment, and presence in both practice and teaching
Guided restorative practices, somatic inquiry, experiential learning, and reflective integration
When you sign up for 'Cellular Restoration' you will experience:
- cellular consciousness and awareness
- cellular breathing as a subtle, non-effortful process
- vibration and resonance within tissue
- touch as a listening and orienting practice
This is a process-based training. Learning unfolds through direct experience rather than memorisation or protocol.
- A 6-hour live, online module taught by senior Yogacampus teacher Adelene Cheong
- Guided practices that you can try in real time
- Open group discussion, practical exercies, and shared inquiry, with space to ask questions, reflect, and learn together
- A session recording will be made available afterward, so you can revisit the material at your own pace
- We encourage live attendance if possible, to benefit from group discussions, small group work, and interactive elements
- The option to take this as a standalone or continue through the series —with a pathway to Embodied Relax and Restore Certification
This training is for you if...
- you have completed Relax and Restore (or Relax and Renew) Level 1 or Level 2
- are seeking an alternative to courses that are technique-driven, fast-paced, or purely informational
Independent modules or part of a series
The training unfolds across five interrelated areas of exploration. While presented as distinct themes, each area informs and supports the others.
The modules can be taken independently or booked as a series – and those taking all five also have the option to gain Embodied Relax and Restore certification (see further below).
Certification Option
The full training offers a deep inquiry into somatic and neurological recalibration, regeneration, and repatterning, supporting rest as a lived, sustainable state of being. It is designed for practitioners and teachers who wish to refine their relationship with rest, presence, and perception — both personally and professionally.
For those wishing to proceed to certification as a Embodied Relax and Restore teacher, you will need to have taken all five modules and, in addition, to attend two mentoring sessions with Adelene (to be arranged directly with her, for £150).
