Pratyahara

What to Expect for the Taster session:

  • Introduction: Welcome, settle into the space and set intentions.
  • Course Overview: Learn about the full course and its component modules.
  • Practice: Adelene will guide an experiential practice.
  • Interactive Discussion: Engage in a Q&A session where participants can address any queries they may have about the course content and its applicability to their needs.

Key Highlights of the Course:

  • The training unfolds across five interrelated modules, each an area of exploration. While presented as distinct themes, each area informs and supports the others.
  • The modules can be taken independently or booked as a series – and those taking all five also have the option to gain Embodied Relax and Restore certification.
  • This is a process-based training. Learning unfolds through direct experience rather than memorisation or protocol.
  • The full training offers a deep inquiry into somatic and neurological recalibration, regeneration, and repatterning, supporting rest as a sustainable state of being
