Having learnt and experienced the joy and benefits of practising Restorative Yoga, and maybe considering to deepen your understanding, or possibly teach it to others?

Adelene Cheong with Student in Restorative Inversion

So, where do we begin? When is a good time to practice?

  • How to modify for varying conditions?
  • Which pose comes before or after supported child’s pose? How could the practice be varied?
  • What about prop improvisations?
  • What about music or verbal guided relaxation?
  • Having guided students in Savasana with safe alignment instructions and setting up, how do we then support mental or emotional relaxation?·
