Beth Spindler is a Yoga Therapist, teacher and published writer. She has over 40 years of experience utilising yoga as a healing modality.

The training is focusing on looking at fear through the lens of the Doshas. The student will learn methods for balancing the nervous system with a particular focus on the vagus nerve. Beth will teach the group quick hacks to help de-escalate a panic attack or episodes of self-loathing and learn more about ways to balance brain hemispheres for trauma therapeutics utilising movement, breath and visualisations.

In this intensive you will learn:

Day 1 – About individual reactions to fear and trauma and universal/bespoke techniques for doshic balance and management of fear responses

Day 2 – The science behind Esoteric Anatomy and how working with movement and the breath can help heal fear

Day 3 – Understanding fascia and the nervous system and how we can regulate pain and stress levels via the thinking layer of the connective tissue.

Day 4 – Applying the work to all levels and balancing brain hemispheres as a tool for wellbeing.
