Advanced Restorative Teacher Training:Therapeutic Aspects of Restorative Yoga

This Advanced Restorative Teacher Training will cover more complex aspects of teaching restorative yoga, including therapeutic aspects of inversions, more about the therapeutic relationship between the student and the teacher, pranayama and Ayurveda.

Course Information

Those who teach restorative yoga frequently discover the amazing power of this practice. This 30 Hour Advanced Restorative Yoga Teacher Training will cover more complex aspects of teaching restorative yoga than the basic Relax and Renew® course. Included will be work with postures that may benefit anxiety, depression, infertility, dysmennorrhoea and other conditions. A section of the workshop will focus on the therapeutic aspect of inversions.

This advanced training also goes into more depth about the therapeutic relationship between the student and the teacher, pranayama, some Ayurveda and more work with the organs. It will also give you training about how to work with students who have more physical/mental challenges.
